Your table leaves our secure warehouse within 48-72 hours...

PoolTables.ca expedites all pool tables within 48-72 hours from the time you place your order, unless otherwise specified by your customer service representative (in the case of models that are out of stock, for example). Once your order has been processed, you will be provided a tracking number.

How will my Pool Table Be Delivered?

In order to save you money, we need to ship your pool table with a freight carrier. These carriers do short and long-haul trips across Canada in large trucks. When arriving at your home, the table is transported in a residential delivery truck (approximately 20 – 30 feet) equiped with a tailgate. The tailgate is like a forklift at the end of the truck that allows the driver to bring down the merchandise off the truck without any breaks or heavy lifting ( we are talking about a pallet weight of approximately 1000 lbs! ). The driver leaves the merchandise in your driveway or on the curb, as it is your responsibility to unpack the boxes and bring the items into the home. However, if you prefer to have a professional installer assemble it for you, we can gladly recommend an independent billiard installation technician from our Network all over Canada.

The transport company handling your merchandise will contact you directly to determine a delivery date once they have received the goods at their warehouse.

You’ll be able to save hundreds of dollars on the installation by setting it up yourself with the help of our very detailed Step-by-Step instruction video. Our curbside delivery service allows you to also save several hundreds of dollars by carrying your boxes into your home yourself. Just be sure to have a few able-bodied friends and/or family members there when your delivery is scheduled, in order to help unload your pool table part boxes and slate from the freight truck. If you prefer not doing the work yourself, we can recommend a professional independent technician in your area that can provide a quote to do it for you.
